What types of phone cases does Racing Vibes offer?

We offer high-quality and customizable phone cases for numerous models, including iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, OnePlus, and other brands. For iPhone and the Samsung S series, we also have special hard cases and premium cases in our range.

Can I personalize my phone case?

Absolutely! With our configurator, you can choose from different variations of a design. You have the option to show or hide elements, add your desired number, and optionally personalize the case with your national flag and name.

Does Racing Vibes offer MagSafe-compatible cases?

Yes, our hybrid cases are equipped with integrated magnets and are fully MagSafe compatible. However, please note that hard cases and premium cases are not MagSafe compatible.

How do I complete my order?

Customize your product exactly the way you want using our configurator. Take advantage of the wide range of customization options and review your selection with the "Preview" feature in real time. Then click "Add to Cart" to complete the order process.

How long does delivery take?

Our average delivery times are as follows:

  • Germany: 2–5 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–21 business days

Questions about materials and printing methods

What materials are the phone cases made of?

Silicone Cases: Flexible and durable silicone, available in transparent or black (biodegradable).

Hybrid Cases: A combination of a hard back and flexible, transparent silicone sides with integrated magnets for MagSafe compatibility.

Hard Cases and Premium Cases: Made from sturdy polycarbonate; premium cases also feature a shock-absorbing rubber inner layer.

How are the cases printed?

Silicone and Hybrid Cases: Printed using UV direct printing on the back – durable and high-resolution.

Hard Cases and Premium Cases: Printed using sublimation – high-quality all-around printing for a seamless design.

How long does the print last on the cases?

Our prints are durable and robust. However, the longevity depends on the type of case and usage. Sublimation printing typically lasts longer as it is firmly bonded to the surface. To maximize the lifespan, we recommend handling the case with care and avoiding excessive wear and tear.

Issues and Returns

What should I do if the case doesn't fit my phone?

Please first check if you ordered the correct model. If the error is on our side, send us a photo of the case – ideally with your phone – to info@racingvibes.com. Our team will take care of your issue.

Can I exchange or return a phone case?

As our products are personalized, they unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned. We appreciate your understanding.

Technical Details and Ordering Process

Why is the image quality in the preview low?

The preview quality is intentionally reduced to ensure the shop's performance and to protect the designs from data theft. However, your product will be produced with high-resolution printing, as all designs are carefully created as vector graphics.

Why is my personalized product image not displayed in the checkout?

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, the image cannot be displayed there - but your personalization will be implemented exactly as you created it. After your order, you will also receive all the details again by email.

Are all orders checked?

Our ordering process is fully automated, which means that subsequent changes are not possible. Please ensure that your selection and spelling are correct before completing your order.

Can I track the shipping status of my order?

Yes, after your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly with the shipping provider. For international orders, further tracking is usually carried out by the local postal service using the same tracking number.

Kann ich kleine Anpassungen vornehmen, die der Konfigurator nicht erlaubt?

Yes, if you'd like to make a small adjustment that isn't directly possible with the configurator, simply send us a message. This includes special requests such as adding a national flag that isn't available in the configurator. We'll gladly check if we can make it happen for you.
