1. How do I complete my order?

Design your product according to your ideas using our configurator. Use the various selection options and use the “Preview” button to see a live preview of your selection at any time. You can complete your order by clicking “Add to cart”.

2. Why is the image quality on the preview poor?

This is, on the one hand, not to affect the performance of our shop and, on the other hand, to protect against data theft. All of our designs are created as vector graphics and you will receive your product with a corresponding high-resolution print.

3. Are there cases for other cell phone models?

Yes. Simply send us a message using our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

4. How long does a delivery take?

The average delivery time is 3-6 working days, within Germany. In some cases there may be delays caused by the shipping service provider that we cannot influence.

5. Are all orders checked?

The ordering process is completely automated and subsequent changes are no longer possible. The responsibility for correct selection and spell checking lies with the customer.

6. Can emojis and other special characters be printed?

Emojis, Chinese or Cyrillic characters and other special characters cannot be printed. Please only use numbers and letters from the Latin alphabet.

7. Can I exchange a t-shirt or hoodie?

Our products are personalized goods and are excluded from the right of return. You can find size charts to help you choose the right size on the corresponding product page.

8. Can I have the order delivered to a packing station?

It is currently not possible to have deliveries delivered to a packing station; orders with such addresses will be returned.
