1. Wie schließe ich meine Bestellung ab?

2. Warum ist die Bildqualität auf der Vorschau schlecht?

Das liegt zum einen daran die Performance unseres Shops nicht zu beeinträchtigen und zum anderen als Schutz vor Datenklau. Alle unsere Designs werden als Vektorgrafiken erstellt und du erhälst dein Produkt mit einem entsprechend hochauflösenden Druck.

3. Gibt es auch Hüllen für weitere Handymodelle?

Ja. Schreib uns einfach eine Nachricht über unser Kontaktformular und wir werden uns schnellstmöglich bei dir melden.

4. Wie lange dauert eine Lieferung?

Die durchschnittliche Lieferzeit beträgt 3-6 Werktage, innerhalb Deutschlands. Vereinzelt kann es durch den Versanddienstleister zu Verzögerungen kommen die wir nicht beeinflussen können.

5. Werden alle Bestellungen kontrolliert?

Der Bestellprozess läuft völlig automatisiert und eine Änderung ist nachträglich nicht mehr möglich. Die Verantwortung der korrekten Auswahl und Rechtschreibprüfung liegt beim Kunden.
